We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator responsible for executing daily order handling, from production to final invoicing, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure successful order execution.

What is the role about?

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure all orders are executed successfully from start to finish. You will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and internal teams.

Key Tasks :

• Confirm customer orders
• Create and maintain purchase orders
• Expedite orders
• Handle invoicing
• Maintain material masters in SAP
• Estimate for air and ocean exports
• Communicate order status to customers
• Coordinate with sales, accounting, service, and marketing teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• College Diploma or procurement certification preferred
• 3-5 years in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an asset
