Project Logistics Coordinator

Your role on the team:

• Handle tasks related to the Project Logistics Plan (pricing, booking, reporting, etc.)
• Resolve issues before and during transportation of goods
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure transportation projects are completed as per the agreed terms
• Manage unexpected situations during service delivery or client modifications
• Communicate logistics information to customers and stakeholders
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage delivery arrangements
• Establish and control pre-billing processes
• Gather and process transportation data across modes (air, marine, land, rail, courier)
• Check and integrate documents into TMS and other systems
• Report on activity flow changes for management
• Evaluate and improve transit times
• Maintain data quality and adhere to data management principles
• Act as interface between departments, suppliers, and carriers
• Alert management to flow malfunctions
• Participate in cross-functional projects
• Support GEODIS’ programs on Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Ethics, Compliance, CSR, and Sustainability
• Perform other duties as assigned
