Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Logistics Compliance Specialist in Kimberley to ensure adherence to domestic and international regulations. You will monitor regulatory changes, implement programs, and manage documentation to promote compliant and efficient movement of goods.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years in logistics compliance, with strong analytical abilities and knowledge of trade agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics compliance, customs, or trade regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation laws, import/export regulations, and trade agreements.
• Experience with compliance management software and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret all applicable domestic and international logistics and trade regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant laws.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with customs brokers and regulatory agencies.
• Provide training to relevant staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues or violations.
