Dynamic Connections Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to leverage an established book of client relationships in logistics and accelerate revenue growth in the Toronto/GTA region, with support from operations and finance.

You will be backed by a collaborative team and a platform designed to help you grow your book, with uncapped earning potential through commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must bring an existing book of business or roster of client relationships within logistics.
• Deeply networked within the Toronto/GTA market and able to convert relationships into revenue.
• Track record of closing and growing business with accountability and action orientation.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your existing book of business and industry relationships to drive new revenue for Dynamic Connections.
• Identify, prospect, and close new logistics opportunities across multiple industries, commodities, and transportation types.
• Build and manage a growing pipeline of customer relationships, from first conversation to signed business and beyond.
