  • Review carrier invoices for accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely responses.
  • Maintain organized documentation related to orders, pricing, and agreements.
  • Manage returns and exchanges with RMA, inspections, and inventory updates.
  • Provide delivery updates to teams and troubleshoot shipment issues.
  • Support inventory accuracy through tracking and system updates.

The mission of the Logistics Department is to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of our products while creating an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Administrator is responsible for order entry, inventory tracking, delivery coordination, and managing customer returns and exchanges. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process and dispatch customer orders in alignment with committed delivery timelines and estimated arrival dates.
  • Coordinate with logistics carriers to obtain shipment quotes, monitor deliveries, and proactively resolve transportation issues.
  • Review and reconcile carrier invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital documentation related to order fulfillment, distribution, pricing, and contractual agreements.
  • Manage customer returns and exchanges by issuing return authorizations, coordinating product returns, facilitating inspections with internal teams, updating inventory records, and reconciling returns with accounting.
  • Provide timely and accurate delivery updates to Customer Care and Retail teams while troubleshooting shipment-related issues.
  • Support inventory accuracy through order tracking and system updates.
Skills and Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience working with an ERP system is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative support role is an asset.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

The salary range for this role is $45,000–$50,000 annually , plus eligibility for our quarterly bonus program.
