Job summary

Custom Health Inc. is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support Ontario Pharmacy Operations. You will coordinate daily medication deliveries, prepare supplies for delivery, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely patient service.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Dock Health, Dymo, or similar workflow and logistics systems is an asset.

  • Prepare medication strips, Spencer cartridge refills, and other pharmacy supplies for delivery.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and workflow documentation in Dock Health and related systems.
  • Manage patient delivery addresses and labeling information for delivery accuracy.
  • Perform quality checks to minimize delivery errors and support operational excellence.
  • Serve as the primary contact for delivery-related patient inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, customer service, and delivery partners to optimize workflow.

About the Role

Custom Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support our Ontario Pharmacy Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring medications and healthcare supplies are accurately prepared, documented, and delivered to patients on time. You will work closely with pharmacy, customer service, and delivery teams to provide a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and organize daily medication deliveries to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Prepare medication strips, Spencer cartridge refills, and other pharmacy supplies for delivery.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, tracking information, and workflow documentation in Dock Health and related systems.
  • Manage and update patient delivery addresses and labeling information to ensure delivery accuracy.
  • Perform quality checks to minimize delivery errors and support operational excellence.
  • Serve as the primary contact for delivery-related patient inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, customer service, and delivery partners to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and patient satisfaction.
