Job summary

Titanium Transportation Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated Logistic Coordinator to join our front-line service team in Bolton. You will work directly with clients to assist with shipments and ensure excellent customer relations through positive interactions at every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office. You will multitask effectively, work well in a team, and support operations.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of High School Diploma.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively with others and work as part of a team.
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries providing support as required.
• Process data entry requirements relative to operational movements.
• Communicate with shippers, receivers, customers, and internal departments to gather information and book appointments.
• Address challenging customers and problems that require escalation outside of the department.
• The report, analyze and resolve system, clients, and operational issues that impact service quality.
• Maintain records and statistics relative to assigned processes.
• Perform general office functions as required.
• Ability to perform tasks independently.

Job Summary

The Logistic Coordinator will work as a member of our front-line service team, focusing on client support. They work directly with clients to assist with shipments and offer excellence in customer relations by providing a positive interaction experience on all levels. In addition, this role will have direct interaction with customers and internal team members to ensure seamless communication.

Job Requirements

Preferred

• Previous experience in the logistics transportation industry would be considered an asset.
• Experience working with TMW software would be considered an asset.

Position Details

• Full-time employment in an office environment.
• Annual salary $55-65,000 depending on experience
• Quarterly commission incentive.
• Afterhours may be occasionally needed.
