Traffic Tech is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator for our Mississauga office. You will coordinate freight movements across North America and beyond, supporting the Operations team with thorough communication and efficient logistics execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics/transportation experience in a 3PL environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Cross-border US/Mexico/Canada transportation and booking, OTR truckload (dry van, flatbed, reefer).
• High School Diploma is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong problem-resolution skills and detail orientation; multitasking ability.
• Professional phone manners; outgoing, energetic, and flexible for a dynamic team.

Working out of our Mississauga office in Ontario, we are looking for our next senior-level Logistics Coordinator. You will be responsible for making sure the movement of freight across North America, or even across the globe, is coordinated and executed successfully according to our customers’ needs. Your work will support our rapidly growing Operations team and you will communicate thoroughly with other team members and Traffic Tech personnel. This position is a great opportunity to further your career within the extensive logistics’ field.

SENIOR LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

What the Job Entails:

• Creating and maintaining Strong Vendor Relationships
• Negotiating with Shippers and Carriers
• Shipment tracking – monitor pickup and delivery
• Preparing required shipping documentation
• Effective and professional communication with clients and carriers
• Minor Accounting Functions and data entry

What We Are Looking For:

• Must have 3+ years of previous logistics/transportation experience, in a 3PL
• environment preferred
• Must have Knowledge of Cross-border US/Mexico/Canada transportation and booking, OTR truckload, including dry van, flatbed, reefer, etc.
• High School Diploma
• Customer service experience
• Problem resolution skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills are a must
