Job summary

Titanium Transportation Group Inc. Bolton, ON is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to work with our front-line service team, supporting clients with shipments and maintaining strong customer relations.

You will interact with customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication, accurate data entry, and timely appointment bookings while maintaining records and reporting on service quality. This is a full-time on-site role in Bolton.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient with computer and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries providing support as required.
• Process data entry requirements relative to operational movements.
• Communicate with shippers, receivers, customers, and internal departments to gather information and book appointments.
• Address challenging customers and problems that require escalation outside of the department.
• The report, analyze and resolve system, clients, and operational issues that impact service quality.
• Maintain records and statistics relative to assigned processes.
• Perform general office functions as required.
• Ability to perform tasks independently.
