Job description

Looking for an opportunity in the Supply Chain industry? We are seeking a Logistic Admin Assistant for a 12-month contract position.

Agilus is recruiting for a Logistic Admin Assistant in the manufacturing industry located in Markham, Ontario.

The logistic admin assistant will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

A typical day includes:
  1. Working closely with the logistics, 3PL, CSR, and finance teams
  2. Assisting in daily logistics operations
  3. Maintaining and updating files, records, and preparing reports
  4. Managing shipment schedules, tracking deliveries, and ensuring on-time arrivals
  5. Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure effective communication and resolve logistical issues
Successful candidates will have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse administration, or related roles
  • A diploma, certification, or education in Supply Chain
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Benefits and details:
  • 12-month contract
  • Pay rate: $25/hour
  • Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (one-hour lunch break)
  • On-site work: 2 days in Markham and 3 days in Whitby
  • On-site parking available
