Job Duties
  • Work 25 hours/week, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
  • Create weekly staff schedules ensuring fairness and consistency
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing every two weeks
  • Train and monitor staff on health and safety standards, updating manuals as needed
  • Coordinate staff training sessions with input from management
  • Plan staff socials and create a monthly newsletter with updates
  • Monitor employee performance and address disciplinary issues following procedures
  • Assist with staff merchandise creation and promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Participate in meetings and maintain open communication with stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough transition processes with incoming managers
  • Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure positive resolutions
  • Oversee daily operations alongside the Head Manager
  • Support staff training with positive reinforcement and coaching
  • Maintain professionalism during high-volume periods
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers
  • Assist in strategic planning, budgeting, and capital proposals
  • Delegate tasks, set priorities, and coordinate work with the Head Manager
  • Participate in hiring panels to ensure adequate staffing
  • Ensure staff adherence to policies and standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
