Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Community Marketing Manager to own local and community marketing at the branch level in the GTA/Hamilton region. The role requires 5–10 years of marketing experience with deep expertise in social media and a proven track record of building brand awareness through community initiatives.

You will work closely with branch leadership, develop the local marketing agenda, and execute independently while aligning with corporate brand

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of marketing experience with a focus on social media strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to build local/community marketing programs with measurable impact.
• Strong judgment to prioritize local opportunities and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own local organic social media strategy end-to-end and align with seasonal demand.
• Develop and manage local sponsorships, events, and partnerships with ROI focus.
• Lead branch presence at community events and coordinate cross‑functional efforts.
• Set and manage local marketing budget and report ROI to leadership.
• Build relationships with local organizations, media, and partners.
