Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB in Montreal is seeking a Loan Administrator within the OPC-FTO Loan Operations team. You will perform day-to-day tasks to support loan activity, coordinate with Business Support groups, and ensure productivity and quality of the Loan Operations platform.

You will manage local referential for US, participate in loan production with a team, administer facilities, ensure timely BAU processes, and contribute to data quality, controls, and UAT when needed.

Responsibilities

• Administering Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and Commission posting, External payments, collection of interest, Nostro Reconciliations, and general administration related to the loans portfolio.
• Ensuring that all Business-As-Usual processes are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner with necessary controls.
• Maintaining data quality and complying with local regulations of serviced branches; escalating issues to Team Leader.
• Undertaking ADHOC duties and project work, including assisting with UAT and system enhancements when required.
