Handling comprehensive administrative oversight of the assigned loan portfolio, resolving ad-hoc queries, leading investigations, and continuously tracking all data points within the unit's remit.

Overseeing the routine management of all facilities and associated product structures, ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and executing all business-as-usual (BAU) deliverables promptly and efficiently.

Data Quality Management & Internal Controls

Ensuring full operational adherence to internal control frameworks and the specific regulatory expectations of the serviced branches.

Escalating operational anomalies, bottlenecks, risks, or control deficiencies directly to the Team Leader.

Process Improvement & Project Initiatives

Contributing to ad-hoc tasks, process enhancements, and strategic support initiatives driven by the management team.

Supporting IT and management teams during system release cycles, specifically preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Continuous Learning and Development

Actively acquiring, expanding, and maintaining up-to-date domain knowledge required for the function.

Completing all designated mandatory trainings to achieve and preserve professional competence.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Complying fully with Canadian platform policies, internal compliance manuals, operational procedures, and local statutory regulations.

Upholding Financial Security mandates—including fraud prevention, anti-financial crime safeguards, and regulatory reporting duties to the designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
