Job summary

Fairstone Bank is looking for a Loan Consultant to grow the business by promoting and selling loan products in a dynamic sales environment. You will assess customer needs, recommend suitable financial solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales process both in person and online.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills, and at least one year of sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
