Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant in Canada to actively promote and sell loan products. You will understand customer needs and tailor financial solutions, managing the full sales cycle from application to closing, in person or virtually. You will build trusted relationships and contribute to reaching individual and team targets.

The role emphasizes credit assessments, payment processing, and handling overdue accounts, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a targets-focused mindset.

About The Role

• Expected base hourly rate of $21.13 , plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance—your success drives your earnings.
