Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant in Ontario to grow our lending business by actively promoting loan products and protections, understanding customer needs, and guiding applicants through the full process from application to closing.

You will build trust with clients, pursue individual and team sales goals, and perform credit checks and payments processing while managing overdue accounts. The role offers a base hourly rate with uncapped bonuses, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

High school diploma; post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value.

Responsibilities

Actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Managing the entire sales process, both in person and virtually - from application to closing.

About The Role

What You Can Expect - Pay & Process

Expected base hourly rate range of $17.60 - $22.31, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance - your success drives your earnings.
