Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant to grow our loan portfolio by actively promoting loan and protection products while delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, sales-driven environment.

You will understand customer needs to tailor financial solutions and manage the full sales cycle—from application to closing—while building lasting relationships with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in finance/sales/business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

About The Role

As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by:

• Actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales‑driven environment

• Expected base hourly rate of $21.13, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance—your success drives your earnings.
