Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant to grow our lending business across Canada. You will actively promote loan products in a fast-paced environment, assess client needs, and guide the full sales process from application to closing with a focus on building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with teams to achieve collective goals. A customer-first mindset and 1+ year of sales experience are essential.

About The Role

As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by:

What You Can Expect - Pay & Process

• Expected base hourly rate range of $17.52 - $19.27, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance—your success drives your earnings.
