Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant to grow lending in Canada. You will promote loan products, assess client needs, and manage the full sales cycle from application to closing, in person or virtually.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma and 1 year of sales experience, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

• Expected base hourly rate of $22.26, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance—your success drives your earnings.
