Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant in Canada to grow the business by promoting loan and protection products, understanding customer needs, and managing the sales process from application to closing.

You will build relationships, meet sales targets, participate in credit assessments, and deliver exceptional service in person and virtually, with competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in finance/sales/business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

About The Role

As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by:

What You Can Expect - Pay & Process

• Expected base hourly rate range of $20.28 – $23.83, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance – your success drives your earnings.
