Job summary

Fairstone Bank in Canada is seeking a Loan Consultant to grow the business by actively promoting loan and protection products and by understanding customer needs to tailor financial solutions. You will manage the entire sales process, both in person and virtually, from application to closing, while building trust through exceptional service.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, collaboration with team members, and performing credit assessments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (post-secondary in finance, sales, or business is an asset)

About The Role

• Expected base hourly rate of $21.13, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance—your success drives your earnings.
