The LOA Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely calculation and data entry of employees’ paid time off during leaves of absence. This role involves effective communication with Human Resources, managers, and staff regarding payroll issues related to leaves. The Coordinator works with electronic time and attendance systems, HRIS, and leave management software to ensure correct payments. The ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels is essential.

The estimated compensation range for this role is $22.00 to $29.61 per hour, with the final offer based on factors such as experience, education, and credentials.
