Responsibilities

The LOA Payroll Coordinator ensures the timely and accurate calculation and data entry of employees’ paid time off during leaves of absence. This role involves effective communication with HR, managers, and staff regarding payroll issues related to leaves. The coordinator works with electronic time and attendance systems, HRIS, and leave management software to ensure accurate payments and has the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years of experience in leave of absence pay, including sick leave, vacation, short-term disability, and state wage benefits
  • At least 2 years in Human Resources related to leave management, with a minimum of 1 year specifically in leave of absence administration for both continuous and intermittent leaves
  • Proficiency with Excel or equivalent software
  • Experience with Timekeeping Systems
Compensation and Benefits

Prime Healthcare offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, 401K, medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. The estimated total compensation range for this role is $22.00 to $29.61 per hour, with the final offer based on experience, skills, and credentials.
