Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Calgary, Canada, seeks an experienced Delivery Lead, LNG to oversee LNG project delivery from conception through completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules and stakeholder expectations while ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in energy project delivery, 5+ years LNG exposure, and PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project or program delivery management within energy
• 5+ years LNG operations, development, or capital projects
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams on multi-million dollar projects
• Strong knowledge of LNG industry standards, processes, and regulatory frameworks
• Expertise in scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools and software
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and decide under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery preferred
• Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end LNG project delivery within scope, schedule and budget
• Develop and maintain project plans, identify risks and mitigation
• Manage stakeholder communications across teams, clients and partners
• Oversee team performance and mentorship
• Monitor progress with KPIs and provide status updates to leadership
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance throughout lifecycle
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and procurement to optimize execution
• Identify process improvements and best practices for delivery efficiency
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships
• Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned
