Job summary

Solaris Management Consultants Inc. in Surrey, BC, seeks a Senior or Intermediate LNG Process Engineer to join our Process Engineering team. You will ensure safe and efficient LNG facility design and operations, applying local and international safety standards.

The role requires 7–10 years in LNG engineering, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Hybrid schedule with Fridays from home is offered, and relocation/travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
• P.Eng. in Canada or PE in the US is an asset but not required.
• 7–10 years LNG engineering, design, operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design LNG facilities.
• Communicate technical information effectively to clients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards for LNG operations.
• Lead efforts to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and environmental performance.
• Develop design specifications for LNG facility areas including pre-treatment and liquefaction.
