Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in configuring and administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience designing and delivering effective learning programs for diverse employee groups.
• Strong instructional design skills, including creation and curation of e-learning content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments and with system users.
• Experience with enterprise HR or talent management systems and data reporting tools.
• Knowledge of agricultural or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain LMS platforms across divisions; upload and organize courses; manage user access; troubleshoot system issues.
• Collaborate with HR, operations and subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs.
• Monitor learning data and analytics; generate reports; recommend improvements to content and delivery.
• Provide end-user support through guidance and training on system functionality to ensure a consistent learning experience.
