Job summary

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, from planning and vendor coordination to testing, data migration, change management, and go-live readiness. Strong stakeholder management and proven multi-project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience within large-scale enterprise system or technology implementations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with complex dependencies.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, including governance and steering committees.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of LMS ecosystems and related digital learning tech.
• Experience with HRIS or talent platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
• Monitor progress and report risks, issues, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budget, resources, and timelines to align with objectives.
• Lead end-to-end LMS implementation including configuration, deployment, and data migration.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, and system validation for production readiness.
• Coordinate integration, UAT, and transition activities for go-live.
• Build relationships with business, technology, learning, and compliance stakeholders.
• Manage multiple implementation partners and vendors, ensuring collaboration.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and steering materials for executives.
• Support change management and business readiness initiatives.
