Key Responsibilities:

• Baking Assistance: Assist the head baker with the preparation of doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients according to specific recipes and production schedules
• Product Finishing: Help with decorating and finishing baked goods, including glazing, icing, and packaging, ensuring a visually appealing final product
• Quality Control: Monitor the baking process to ensure consistency in product quality, including checking for proper texture, taste, and appearance
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages or ordering needs to the head baker
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
