Greenwin Corp. is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential community as a live-in team member. You will be the primary contact for residents, ensure property upkeep, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Salary range is 43,000–45,000 CAD per year, plus an apartment as a taxable benefit. Ideal candidates have a diploma and 2–5 years in building maintenance or property management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or building maintenance) are highly desirable.
• 2 to 5 years in building maintenance, property management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of resident rights, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with fire safety plans and emergency procedures.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure maintenance tasks and inspections are thorough.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for residents—addressing inquiries, concerns, and emergencies professionally.
• Support leasing by handling inquiries, showing suites, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and inspections; perform light maintenance (plumbing, electrical, janitorial).
• Liaise with contractors, manage work orders, and ensure all building systems run smoothly.
• Maintain safety protocols, conduct routine inspections, and support seasonal maintenance (e.g., snow removal, gardening).
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

• A valid driver’s license may be required, especially if driving is necessary to carry out maintenance or other duties related to building operations at assigned properties
