Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join a two-person on-site team at one of our Cornwall, ON properties. This live-in role requires you to work four weekdays per week, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings.

Base compensation is $33,000 per person per year plus a signing bonus, and an apartment suite is included as a taxable benefit. Additional employer-paid benefits, training, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience.
• Minor maintenance skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a team environment.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and sell suites to prospective tenants.
• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Minor maintenance repairs.
• Preparing apartments for new residents.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assisting with leasing suites.
• Responding to on-call requests.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
