Job summary

Bluebird Care Oxford is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team and help set the standard in home care. You’ll support customers in daily living, work independently or in a supportive team, and contribute to high-quality care with dignity and purpose.

Induction and ongoing expert training, uniform and PPE, 24/7 support, and YuLife EAP benefits accompany the role. DBS checks and references will be conducted per government regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience necessary.
