Job summary

Sifton Properties Limited is hiring a full-time Building Resident Manager in London, Ontario. This live-in role oversees daily building operations, coordinates with Maintenance, Leasing, and Leadership, and manages external contractors to provide an outstanding resident experience.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and performing minor repairs with the support of the maintenance team. Evening/weekend/on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Building Management or related customer service roles.
• Experience with interior and exterior building maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of green building technologies is an asset.
• Professional, friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards tenant customer service.
• Experience in Salesforce or comparable CRM software is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and on-call schedule as required.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned building and ensure exceptional resident service.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Leasing, Leadership teams, and contractors to address issues.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and well-maintained building and report to the Property Manager.
• Address resident requests with a high level of communication via face-to-face, phone or email.
• Perform basic repairs in suites and common areas and manage service requests with maintenance support.
• Handle administrative tasks including rent collection, lease renewals, arrears, and resident behavior issues.
