Kingsley Management Inc. is hiring a Live-in Building Manager for the Kitchener/Waterloo area. This full-time role suits someone who stays active and engaged, managing maintenance, tenant relations, and daily operations on-site.

You will clean and maintain common areas, prepare suites, show units to prospective tenants, collect rents, and coordinate with contractors. The position includes on-call duties and physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Proven experience completing regular maintenance.
• Sense of urgency.
• Ability to build positive tenant relationships.
• Strong communication with tenants and management.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, coordinate with contractors, and perform basic maintenance.
• Show suites to prospective tenants, collect rents, and assist move-ins/move-outs.
• Follow an on-call schedule and manage stock/inventory.
• Maintain building logs and liaise with tenants.
