Responsabilités

• Perform general building maintenance and small repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry).
• Respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies on rotation.
• Clean, landscape, and snow removal when needed.
• Process, complete, and close maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate garbage and recycling to designated pickup areas.
• Maintain inventory of tools and building supplies.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy; perform minor repairs.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and property team.
