Foresight Recruitment Group is helping our client find a Live-In Residential Superintendent for an apartment building in the Richmond Hill neighbourhood of Toronto. You will live at the property and help keep the building clean, safe, and well maintained.

You will assist residents with questions and repair requests, carry out small repairs, keep common areas tidy, help with move-ins/move-outs, show suites to potential residents, and coordinate with contractors for bigger issues.

Foresight Recruitment Group is helping our client find a Live-In Residential Superintendent for an apartment building in the Richmond Hill neighbourhood of Toronto.

This is a great role for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to care for the building like it is their own home.

You will live at the property and help keep the building clean, safe, and well maintained.

What You’ll Do In this role:

• Help residents with questions and repair requests
• Complete small repairs around the building and in suites
• Keep common areas clean and tidy
• Help with move-ins and move-outs
• Show available suites to future residents
• Help get empty suites ready for new residents
• Check the building and report bigger repair issues
• Work with contractors when needed
• Help with fire and safety checks
• Keep supplies organized
• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, entrances, stairs, and walkways

Snow clearing is an important part of this job. Sidewalks and entrances must be kept safe for residents.
