Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager for a 2-person on-site team in Kelowna. The role includes four weekdays, every other weekend, and occasional on-call evening shifts, with a provided on-site apartment suite as a taxable benefit.

You will handle resident services, leasing support, and basic maintenance while upholding high standards of customer care in a live-in setting. Opportunity for growth and comprehensive training are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous or similar property management experience (an asset).
• Professional/presentable appearance.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS).
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties and minor maintenance repairs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs in various duties.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas of the property (hallways, stairwells, amenities).
• Perform minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting.
• Prepare vacant apartment suites for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assist with leasing suites.
• Respond to on-call requests.
