Job summary

Realstar is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at one of our properties. The role requires you to work two weekdays each week, every second weekend, and be on-call during evenings, contributing to smooth operations and resident satisfaction.

You will handle routine building maintenance, prepare apartments for new residents, and offer exceptional customer service while coordinating leasing activities with the property team.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience required.

• Ability to perform in on-call evenings and weekend shifts.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Assistant Resident Manager (team or a standalone) to live and work at one of our properties. This position would require you to live on-site and work 2 weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call evenings.
