Job summary

Realstar is hiring an Assistant Resident Manager Team to live on-site at a property in Vancouver. The role requires living on-site and working four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call evenings.

We offer $44,700 per person (Including Apartment Benefit), plus extensive training, gym membership discount, awards for years of service, and opportunities for career development in a diverse work environment.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience
• Minor maintenance skills

• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Ability to work some on-call evening and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
• Minor maintenance repairs
• Preparing apartments for new residents
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
• Assisting with leasing suites
• Responding to on‑call requests
