Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at a Cornwall property. The role requires four weekdays per week, every second weekend, and on-call some evenings.

The position includes an apartment suite as part of compensation and opportunities for bonuses and career development. The successful candidate will handle resident interactions, leasing tasks, events, and daily property operations while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and move objects.
• Ability to perform general cleaning and maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with residents professionally.
• Attend to resident concerns and service requests within 24 hours.
• Process online applications and manage leases and notices.
