Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at a Cornwall, ON property as part of a two-person team. You will help show and lease suites, manage tenant needs, and maintain common areas to ensure a high standard of resident satisfaction.

This role requires 2-3 years in a similar position, cleaning and minor maintenance skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. The package includes a taxable apartment, signing bonus, benefits, and career development opportunities.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
