Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join a 2-person on-site team at one of our Cornwall, ON properties. You will live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call some evenings.

This role offers base compensation of $33,000 per person plus a signing bonus, employer paid benefits, bonuses, training programs, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar property-management role.
• Cleaning experience.
• Minor maintenance skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and cover evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and lease suites to prospective tenants.
• Clean common areas of the property.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional resident service.
• Assist with leasing and respond to on-call requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis
