Job summary

EA SPORTS FC is seeking a designer to partner with product managers, producers, engineers and fellow designers to create meaningful, high-impact experiences within the live service. The designer owns design and integration across multiple layers of the player experience, balancing creative exploration with practical execution.

You will help define the future roadmap for the Live Platform, designing for today’s players while evolving the platform for tomorrow’s experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in game development or product design.
• Strong portfolio linking form and function to intuitive experiences.
• Excellent visual craft in UI, typography, and composition.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar.
• Experience with design systems and working within constraints.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, producers, engineers, and designers to create meaningful, high-impact experiences within the live service.
• Design within real constraints to integrate live events, seasonal content, partnerships, and real-world moments.
• Own design across multiple layers of the player experience.
• Balance creative exploration with practical execution.
• Help define the future roadmap for the Live Platform experience.
• Bring creativity, coherence, and player meaning to a constantly evolving live game.
