Job summary

Electronic Arts is seeking an Experience Designer for EA SPORTS FC Live Platform in Vancouver. You will partner with product managers, engineers and designers to craft meaningful, live-service experiences, balancing creative exploration with live production constraints.

You will work on integrating live events, seasonal content, and partnerships, driving design from concept to implementation in a dynamic, global team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in game development or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating intuitive and scalable experiences.
• Strong visual craft across UI, typography, and composition.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Experience working with, contributing, or creating design systems.
• Solid foundation in typography, layout, composition, and interaction patterns.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and design rationale skills.
• Ability to independently drive design initiatives from concept to implementation within a live-service environment.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally across a large organization.
• Strong Graphic Design foundation for campaigns and in-game content, plus editorial layouts.
• Basic to solid 3D craft skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, producers, engineers and designers to create meaningful, high-impact experiences within FC’s live service.
• Design and integrate live events, seasonal content, partnerships and real-world moments within the live game.
• Own design across multiple layers of the player’s experience, balancing creativity with production realities.
• Help define future roadmap for Live Platform experience and player-centric solutions.
