EA SPORTS is seeking an Experience Design leader to oversee a team delivering cohesive player experiences across EA SPORTS FC. You will bridge Experience Design, Game Design, and Art, collaborating with partners across locations to connect 2D interfaces with real-time 3D environments and in-world gameplay systems.

You will guide concept development, establish quality standards, and mentor designers while balancing player needs with business and technical constraints.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years delivering shipped player experiences in games or interactive entertainment.
• Experience integrating 2D interfaces with 3D environments using spatial, diegetic, and in-world UI.
• Advanced understanding of interaction design, information architecture, typography, and accessibility.
