Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to sell liquor.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Must have valid ProServe certification.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Previous retail experience is an asset.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to consecutively lift 50 lbs. required for unloading pallets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service and help reduce theft and loss.
• Offer product expertise and guidance to customers.
• Assist with management of team members and operate POS terminals accurately.
• Receive, display, and promote merchandise with proper care.
• Perform opening and closing duties with thorough attention to detail.
• Support the manager in organizing, directing, and coordinating the department to meet budget goals.
• Ensure compliance with Central Alberta Co-op and AGLC policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
