Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a high-performing store team through supervision, coaching, and training.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing duties and staffing decisions.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service while ensuring Alberta alcohol regulations are followed.
• Assist with inventory counts, ordering, receiving, and supporting store financial targets.
