Job summary

Ace Liquor Discounter Canmore, part of SNDL, is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. This role focuses on maintaining standards, supporting promotions, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

You will supervise staff, manage compliance with Alberta liquor laws, and uphold cash-handling procedures in a fast-paced environment. ProServe certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• ProServe Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.

About The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and dependable Store Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, supporting store operations, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and a strong ownership mindset.
• Assist with product rollouts, promotions, and inventory management (ordering and receiving).

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
