Job summary

Ace Liquor Discounter Canmore is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to lead team members, support store operations, and cultivate an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on delivering great service, promoting teamwork, and owning store outcomes.

You will oversee product rollouts, promotions, inventory, and compliance with Alberta liquor laws while helping the store hit financial targets. A reliable, communicative leader with retail experience is valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
