La Vie en Rose seeks a dynamic store manager to lead a diverse team across sales, HR, marketing and administration. You will drive performance, coach staff, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll foster a positive work culture, manage schedules, and coordinate store activities across categories while delivering exceptional customer service and sales growth. Local presence preferred in our Canadian network.

Qualificações

• Prev. team management experience in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Sociable, good communicator and strong team player.
• Proactive and conscientious approach to work.
• Willingness to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
• Goal-oriented with a record of meeting targets.
• Ability to adapt to evolving brand standards and store plans.
• Functionally bilingual is an asset and beneficial for multi-store responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals.
• Maintain company standards and motivate the team to excel.
• Lead the team in Sales, ensuring strong customer support and product knowledge.
• Oversee Human Resources tasks: recruitment, training, and attendance.
• Coordinate Marketing and Visual Presentation to reflect brand plans.
• Assure smooth store operations and backstore organization.
• Analyze store performance and communicate results to the team.
• Open and close the store and comply with head office policies.
